The owners of this site are in no way responsible for the creation of the content within the database. It is 100% derived from the users who post information. The poster certifies that all information given is true. They understand and agree that they are solely responsible for the posting and that AuctionBlackList.com and its owners/creators are in no way responsible for the posting or it's accuracy. They agree to take full legal responsibility for their postings and understand they are the only person that can delete this posting. In addition we verify the posters e-mail address and store it along with their IP address in a secure database to verify the poster's identity and keep them accountable for their postings. Posting false, retaliatory, or slanderous material is strictly prohibited.

Removal From Auction Fraud Database:
If you feel that you have been wrongly included in the database the best way to have your information removed is to contact the person who posted the fraud. If you do not have the person's e-mail address please contact admin@auctionblacklist.com and we'll do our best to put you in contact with them. They're the only person that has access to delete the fraud posting. You are entitled to add your rebuttal to the fraud posting to show your side of the story. To add your rebuttal please click here. It is important to realize that it is not up to AuctionBlackList.com to decide what information is included in the database. Whether or not a posting will be deleted or not is purely up to the discretion of the poster of the fraud. We do not create any of the data that occupies the database.

AuctionBlackList.com has a program of sponsoring sellers. Although we frequently approve sellers we in no way guarantee any of his/her sales and are in no way responsible for his/her actions. Please research every seller on your own.

As of August 15, 2003 AuctionBlackList.com was sold to a third party and is no longer the property, responsibilty, or liability of Nick Ladd. At this time all data on the site was removed. Any data now shown on the site was added after August 15, 2003. Nick Ladd is no longer responsible for any of the content, data, or information portrayed on the site.
